What this pilot stores.

Salon data lives in Postgres for the tenant that owns it. Waitlist, demo, and contact rows are platform signups, not a salon's client list.

Salon records

Clients, formulas, appointments, messages, calls, and audit rows are scoped to a tenant. The app role cannot read another salon's book.

Signups

Email, name, salon, phone, and the note you type are stored so we can reply. Joshua’s platform desk lists them. We do not sell them.

Model providers

If an xAI key is configured, Ask and the voice bridge send the conversation needed to answer. With no key, the pilot stays on the local planner and nothing is sent.
