A color service can hold the stylist, free them during processing, and keep a cleanup gap after the client leaves. A second chair can use the processing window. The owner calendar shows every column.

Hands-on, processing, gap

Duration is occupancy. Processing starts at an offset. The gap is busy time after the client is gone. Touching appointments are allowed. Overlaps are not.

Waitlist

The pilot stores a waitlist and Ask can propose filling a gap. Sending those texts waits on an approval card, and delivery is not connected.

Deposits and cancellation

Policies are recorded on the booking. A deposit can be required and stays due. A late cancel is flagged. No card is charged.

Public booking page

Each salon has a branded page. The platform chrome stays Ultraviolet Gloss. The page itself follows that salon's preset.
