Rules

Send X-Agent-Name, an Idempotency-Key, and a phone or email. Accept the salon's policies. Confirm with the code before the visit is final.

Rate limits

Reads are 120 a minute and writes are 30 a minute, per agent name. Create is also limited by the chair.

confirm_booking is on the agent tool list because a hold cannot finish without it. It is the verification step, not a second way to skip the client.
