Agent booking is off until a salon turns it on. Demo Salon is on. North Loop Studio is off and does not appear in search.

Same engine

Holds use the booking engine and the agent tool list. Owners and the receptionist do not get the public create tool.

Identity

SMS or email one-time codes, or a magic link. With the pilot stub on, the code is returned in the response and also stored as an outbox message.

Audit

The booking is tagged source=agent with the agent name. That name shows on the owner dashboard and in the audit log.
