How do I open the desk?
Log in on this site goes to the demo desk. Pick owner, stylist, or client. That switcher is not an account system.
How do I forward the salon number?
The receptionist screen shows carrier codes for no-answer, busy, unreachable, and forward-all. They are marked unverified. Try them on a handset before you trust them.
Why did a booking stay pending?
Agent bookings stay pending until the client confirms the code or opens the magic link. The desk booking page for a human books as an online visit.
Where are texts?
Inbox. They are stored. They are not sent.
