Messages have an inbox. They do not leave it yet.

Confirmations, missed-call drafts, and verification codes are rows in the salon outbox. The inbox in the desk shows them. A carrier is not connected, so nothing is delivered to a phone.

Compliance

When texting is live, STOP and HELP have to be honored and message frequency disclosed. That behavior is described in the SMS terms and is not wired to a gateway in this pilot.
